GOVERNMENT-FUNDED TRAINING

UPDATING AND CONSOLIDATING SKILLS

Government-funded training allows companies to invest in updating and consolidating their employees’ skills. The training is funded through funds available to businesses.

Arcadia is a qualified and accredited partner for ad hoc training projects for companies, financed by Italian joint interprofessional funds (we are the only Italian training company qualified to operate in all Italian regions), the European Social Fund, the Ministries of the Italian Republic or by EU funds, such as Horizon and Erasmus+.

INTERPROFESSIONAL FUNDS

Companies can join these public and joint interprofessional funds free of charge.

The existing funds can be used by companies in all economic sectors, for example industry, agriculture, services and artisan. The funds are created by allocating a percentage of the gross pay of the employees of the companies that joined these funds. Therefore, companies have at their disposal an amount that accumulates over time. This amount is available for financing training courses.
